Sourdoe is a small, women-owned bakery in Gainesville, Georgia. Every loaf comes from a family recipe, and we bake in small batches so each order is made fresh for the day you pick.

We take orders ahead of time, so we only bake what is needed. That is why you choose a bake day, and then a pickup hour or a drop-off window. It keeps things calm for us and fresh for you.

Our kitchen is at a residential property, so every product carries Georgia’s cottage food notice, along with our phone number and GDA ID. You can read it on our policies page.

How we bake

From dough to your door

  1. Step 1

    Mixed and shaped

We mix and shape the dough by hand, usually the day before your bake day.

  2. Step 2

    Baked in small batches

On bake day the loaves and rolls go in the oven in small batches.

  3. Step 3

    Sliced and bagged

Loaves are sliced and bagged, then ready for your pickup hour or drop-off window.
