Questions before you order?
When do I need to order?
Order by 12:00 PM the day before your bake day. For example, order by 12:00 PM on Wednesday for Thursday. We bake Mon–Sat. Days can close or fill up, so the order page always shows what is open and the exact deadline.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
All sales are final, so there is no self-serve cancel or refund. If we make a mistake with your bake, we will make it right: refunds are decided and issued by us, only for a bake mistake. What you can do yourself is reschedule before the deadline.
When and where can I pick up?
Porch pickup is by the hour, from 8–9 AM through 4–5 PM, on bake days (Mon–Sat). Choose your hour at checkout; each hour has a limited number of spots. The pickup address is shared only after payment is confirmed, on your confirmation page.
What does drop off cost?
Local drop off is $5. It is free when your order has 5 or more products; a pan of cinnamon rolls counts as one product.
